  1. You have the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days (from the invoice date). Please send us your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. (The timely dispatch is decisive.) Please return the goods to us immediately after withdrawal. We will refund payments as soon as we have received the goods. You bear the return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deduct compensation from the purchase price to be refunded for any damage or excessive wear.

  2. The withdrawal must be addressed to: Hardmeier Electronics AG, Weststrasse 115, CH-8408 Winterthur.

  3. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot grant a right of withdrawal for sealed goods that have been opened.

  4. To ensure fast and correct processing of returns, please enclose a copy of the invoice. Please send the return to the following address:
     Hardmeier Electronics AG, Weststrasse 115, CH-8408 Winterthur.
     If you can no longer find the invoice, please contact our customer service. Please note that this is not a mandatory requirement for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

  5. The return shipping costs are borne by you as the customer, provided that the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. We reserve the right to deduct compensation from the purchase price to be refunded for any damage or excessive wear of the product (including the original packaging).

  6. If the goods are returned properly, we will refund the total price paid after checking the goods as a credit to your card account. If you paid in advance, the refund will be made to the account you specified.
