Shipping costs
From an order value of 100 CHF, the shipping costs of 8.50 CHF are waived.
Delivery
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
Our warehouse is located in Winterthur, Switzerland.
If possible, you will receive your order in one shipment. If, for technical or logistical reasons, for example because your order contains items that must be packed separately or transported differently, separate shipping is required, this will not incur any additional costs for you.
Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified on the respective offer page by a transport company of our choice (Swiss Post) to the delivery address you provided. Our tip: if you may not be at home at the time of delivery, you can easily arrange with your delivery service for delivery to a deposit location or to a preferred replacement recipient in your neighborhood at www.post.ch.
If the respective transport company provides this, we will send you the tracking code for your shipment after the goods have been dispatched so that you can view the delivery status of your shipment on the transport company’s website.
The goods remain the property of Hardmeier Electronics AG until full payment has been made.
How do I return a product?
You can easily return any item within 14 days.
If you have decided to return part of your order to us, please observe the following points:
- Always return the item complete and in its original packaging
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice you received from us by e-mail.
- Please ensure sufficient postage for the return; the return shipping costs are borne by you as the customer.

Unstamped shipments
Please do not return goods to us carriage forward under any circumstances. Our employees are instructed not to accept unstamped shipments, as Swiss Post charges us very high fees for them.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Failure to comply with our return instructions has no effect on your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal and your warranty rights.
