How do I activate the 3 free months?
To activate the 3 free months, you need to register in the app and take out a subscription. With us, you can always choose between a monthly and annual term. If you cancel during the free period, you will incur no costs.
What happens after the 3 Premium months?
After the 3 free months expire, the Premium functions remain active only if you let your subscription continue and do not cancel it. Otherwise, you switch back to the Freemium version.
Can I continue using the app after the 3 months if I do not extend Premium?
Yes. You can continue using the cyclotest app. However, with a reduced range of functions in the Freemium version. You can still transfer the values you measure with your mySense basal thermometer to your cyclotest app, and evaluation continues according to the temperature method. Who is mySense Flex suitable for?
mySense Flex is ideal if you first want to try out the system and the Premium functions before making a long-term commitment – or if you are looking for an affordable entry into natural cycle tracking.
Do I have to stop taking the pill before starting with mySense?
Yes. To obtain a reliable basal temperature curve, you should stop taking the pill before use. You can start with mySense as soon as your first natural period has occurred.
