 For the best experience and highest accuracy, we recommend the mySense thermometer because of its medical precision and automatic Bluetooth sync. However, you can also use the app with your own thermometer and enter values manually. 
 
 
 
 Can I export my data?  
 
 Yes! You can export your cycle curves and data as a PDF. This is practical for conversations with doctors or for your own documentation. 
 
 
 
 Is cyclotest suitable for irregular cycles?  
 
 You can also use cyclotest mySense with irregular cycles. Especially then, it is all the more advisable to work with your basal body temperature and, if necessary, further ovulation symptoms (LH or cervical mucus). Overall, your cycles should be between 21 and 46 days; within this window, you can use cyclotest mySense reliably. 
 
 
 
 Do I have to stop taking the pill first?  
 
 Yes, you have to stop taking the pill first for reliable cycle monitoring and a reliable basal body temperature curve. When your first natural menstruation begins after stopping the pill, you can start tracking and measuring. More on stopping the pill
